The survey will take around 30 minutes.  It involves understanding what you require from your loft space, measurements being taken and a discussion on the most suitable option for you as the customer.

An electronic quote will be sent to you within 24 hrs, but normally we can discuss the quotation with you at the time of the survey.

Most installations will be completed in 1 day but some larger installations may take up to 2 days.

The good news is that as a sole trader business there is no VAT for you to pay. The quote you receive will be the final price with no hidden extras.

No, no payment is required until completion of the work.

Yes, all Steadfast Loft Boarding work adheres to UK Government’s building regulations.

No, all installations use a raised frame which provides the required loading capacity and doesn’t cause any compression of the insulation. This ensures that the NHBC warranty remains valid.

Loft clearance isn’t part of the core Loft Boarding service due to commercial waste disposal requirements but we will be able to provide an additional quote for this work if you are unable to clear the loft yourself.
